Pitched this MS while withdrawing a full of my adult CR, and she said she'd love to see it.

Can't recommend. 2 years and no response to a full manuscript; didn't bother to respond to a number of follow-up emails. I get you're busy, but you can't find time to say 'oops, this dropped off my radar'? In 2 years? Can't imagine what she's like once you've signed her to be your agent.

@Crojas thank you!! I can't wait to send it when I get off work (I was going to now, but my full isn't on Google Docs - whoops!)

Yes, those dates are correct! I get the sense that Jessica is extremely busy. I've long since moved on from this MS that she requested nearly 2 years ago, but I officially withdrew anyway. I'm sure it just fell through the cracks, which is probably for the better :)

form rejection -- either she's slightly tweaked it since the form rejections pasted in comments below, or she uses tiered rejections (in which case this one presumably is the bottom-tier, haha):
Thank you for sharing your work with me--and for your patience in
waiting to hear back. Though this is not quite right for us, please
keep in mind that this is one opinion in a very subjective
business--and another agent is likely to feel differently.

In case they would be useful to you, I've included a list of my
favorite resources below.

Again, thank you for sharing this with me. Best of luck with this and
future projects.

2/13/19 nudged her with an offer of publication because their website says to do so. It had only been 3 days since I sent the query, so I felt bad to have to nudge so soon.
2/24: I am CNRing this since I didn't get a response to my nudge, and I signed with a small publisher.
