Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

And NEVER give money to an "agent".

Leave comments about your experiences with this literary agent, or read what other authors have to say.

gowiththeflow: I'd suggest asking him on twitter how you should contact him regarding the full request you sent him while still at Foundry. I imagine more people than just you will find it helpful if you tweet him.

karenleespree: I've been wondering the same thing. I haven't heard back on a query yet.

Has Mr. Barbara responded to anything since his move? Doesn't appear that he has checking the Data.

Alright, I'm closing this one out today. Here's what my submission looked like:

EQ: 6/9/14
FR: 7/1/14 (from assistant Emily)
Nudge: 10/2/14 (to Emily)
Nudge: 1/11/15 (to Inkwell submissions email since he moved agencies)
C/NR: 1/28/15

I guess I just had the bad luck of getting the request only a few months before he left Foundry. I don't know if my manuscript was lost in the shuffle, or if he read it and just never responded to pass, but I can't hold out hope anymore.
