AuthorGGRyn, generally speaking if she wanted to see it again she would have requested a revise and resubmit. That said, it's unlikely that anything bad will happen if you re-query her. There's a chance she might not look at it, and a chance she would. You should mention it's a rewrite though, because if you don't it comes off as you trying to slip it by without mention.

Tamar was nice enough to request my full about 2 years ago, and had rejected it. It has since been super, super edited and totally revised ... Not sure if I should re-query her? And if I do, should I mention she had requested it ... 2 years ago?
