I don't know...I like stuff...but I have a long sordid history with things - the first incident involved a food processor, shoe polish, a monkey...it's just to painful to continue.

It sounds like the beginning to one of my favorite Tina Turner songs "Things and Stuff and things ... and stuff ..." Something like that!    food processor, shoe polish, a monkey ... sounds like a typical day here, except it's the Monkees.

I like Stuff BUT Things.  Ha ha, see if you can figure that one out. ;D  Well, you know I'll read it, so there's no real point in saying anything else.

:rolf:  I got it, there's a smiley for that one too ... but it tends to shock!

Love the blog.  I work with really bright kids in my 9-5 job - and you remind me of some of my favorite ones!!!  Keep up the great work (and goals)

Great blog, left you a note, which you probably got by now.  But I meant to ask:  How's home schooling working for you?  Is it affecting your friendships or your social life at all?  That was a major concern for me when I was homeschooled.  Since it was sporadic due to hospitalizations, it was even harder for me when I returned to school.  I'm not being nosy, I'm just a person who cares.  :emb:

Hi Kestrel.  I can't wait to read it.  I'm leaving town without my computer (GASP!) and won't be able to get to it until the middle of next week.  I'll comment then.  Thanks for sharing it with us.

Good to hear you're doing all right.  Had to check.  Email me anytime.  I see a lot of myself in what I've read from you so far.  Writers got to look out for one another, right?  Love the blog!   :koolaid: That's very nice of you to make exceptions for the folks who want to talk about stuff OR things.   ;D

some of your comments in your blog remind me of a much, much, much, much, much younger me.

I loved math (I was a math major in college)

I am a recovering perfectionist, with a slight case of OCDness thrown into complicate things.

And I even spelled Alaska correct in a spelling test as a youth, so we have Alaska in common. (However Alaska was not a state at the time)

Nice blog. Keep it up.
