It's a charity auction offering manuscript critiques by published authors.  There's also at least one agent and editor on there.

I posted a response on the other thread, but I'll vouch for the people you would be working with. Several of them were my advisors and/or workshop leaders at VCFA. Wonderful teachers who give detailed feedback.
