I was surprised to see a status change on the QT site for Robert Thixton at Pinder Lane (aka Pinderlane Productions).
There is a notification on QT, "No longer working as a literary agent."

Does anyone have any details about this status change?  Apparently, both Robert Thixton and Dick Duane have been removed from the QT site.

Queried him back in May. No response. That may explain why.

Yup, I queried them...then heard crickets. I left it at that.

He was at ThrillerFest in July, occupying his small table and hearing pitches. While I didn't pitch to him, I stood waiting next to his line for quite a while. He seemed to be engaged, taking partials and fulls and saying 'not right for me'. This is, obviously, not the definitive answer to Is he still working as an agent?, but as of July, he seemed to be.
