Not many typos, grammar issues, etc. but I would love to swap with someone for plot, character development, pacing, etc.

I read most everything, though I am particularly drawn to literary fiction.  Not so excited about vampires, paranormal romance, romance in general.

For a little insight into what I read, my current list includes the following:

"We Need to Talk about Kevin," by Lionel Shriver

"Alas, Babylon," by Pat Frank

"Graceland," by Chris Abani

So yes, I am an eclectic reader.  I am currently an assistant principal at a high school and have taught teens for 13 years, so I have particular insight into that age group.

Hey, have you found a crit partner yet? If you're still looking for someone to swap with, I'd be interested.  I've got a YA science fiction.

I'd prefer to swap in chunks so we can incorporate suggestions into the remainder (that way we're not making the same comments throughout).  But I'd swap a big chunk.  I'm between semesters right now, so I have some time.  I'd like to get my ms into submission shape and I'm happy to help you do the same.
