That one is good, too.  But I think this one would really get an agent's attention.  The Bam thing is mainly about cockiness, which I think they already see a lot of (maybe not as focused as this)

Here's an idea.  Send out screwy, attention getting query letters.  Send 2 or 3 to the same agent over a course of a few weeks.  Nothing annoying, just funny.  Give them a laugh during an otherwise monotonous day.  Then, when you have her attention, send your real one.  It could work.  Or it could backfire.  Anyone want to take that gamble?

I've always thought Daniel Lazar at Writer's House must have a good sense of humor, just from reading his submission guidelines. At the end he adds the note, "Also, no need to send your materials double sealed in bubble wrap. It's paper, not anthrax."
