1st Rejection
« on: June 18, 2015, 06:19:01 PM »
Today I got the first rejection for my first book!   I am pleased to get over the first hurdle...and expect more to come.

I just had to state it out loud somewhere!  :)

Nice. Must be a relief: I'm currently waiting for my first rejection. queried too soon and sent my ms too soon. then when I revisited the version I sent I found typos and even a few sentences that stopped midway through. I'm done with beating myself up over it. Rookie mistake, etc. Just waiting for that rejection to roll on in now...

Hey, everyone has to go through this at some point, and like you said, that's one hurdle you've jumped now!  :)
