Anybody deal with Literary Wanderlust? After the twitter day I was asked to submit a query, I did, and they asked for more. They're publishers, not an agency. Anybody?

Never heard of them.
Have you checked the Absolute Write forums? They generally have the most info about specific agents or publishers

Here's a thread from AW:
http://absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?297530-Publisher-Literary-Wanderlust
They're not on Preditors and Editors yet.
They are digital only - I would never limit myself to that, but that's a personal choice; many don't care. Also, they offer no advance and not much in the way of marketing. Other than providing a cover and edits, I would wonder why it would be worth going with them vs. SP? (This is rhetorical, btw - only you can answer that.)
I know a lot of people who go with small presses and are quite happy. At the very least, I would find out if they attend expos/conferences and how they plan to distribute your books.
Good luck!
