Once you see that queries past your query on the timeline are marked, do you assume yours is a "no response"
rejection and move on?  Could the agent still be considering yours?  Could yours be lost?

yes, yes, and yes.

I always just use a window.  if I haven't heard back in 2-3 months or so I consider it dead in the water and mark it as such on the site.  I don't think I've gotten into looking at the query table to see whose querying and what their expirience is, although knowing how I like to check what people are doing on this board i think if I did it once I'd be hooked...   so I better not do that.
