I'm a new novelist in the query stage of the game and find it difficult to remain optimistic in the face of a growing pile of rejection letters.  In scouring the internet for good information, I came across a blog that made me laugh out loud about the process:  www.raucouswriter.com

On the more serious side, Brenda Drake on Twitter also has some great information and postings about Pitchwars and query reviews.
