Hello. My name is Jack. I've been lurking here for a few weeks now. I'm currently editing my second pb manuscript and preparing to write my first query - hoping to begin submitting to agents mid-January or early February. In addition to my new venture into kid's literature, I am also a professional [unknown] actor who works primarily within the tv/film industry. I also raise a little one (5 yo), so I've been reading and analyzing picture books non-stop for a while. I may be new to this industry, but I've been writing for about 12 years and tutor people on how to effectively write research papers - from college to grad school. PB writing allows me to work a different creative and writing muscle. Between this site, Google, and Youtube, I've been learning a ton and look forward to learning even more. Thanks for having me here.
