I've been posting here for a bit, but never actually said hi.

My manuscript is historical fiction, decent draft with some editing and reviews done, but looking to improve and get in the best shape I can.

I'm fairly happy with the query letter, now I'm primarily focused on getting the beginning of my story right and developing a quality synopsis.

I was in discussions with an agent who wanted me to commit to some very tight time lines for significant edits, which I was in not position to do so we mutually agreed to discontinue partnering (he dumped me.) I do have a (more than) full time job so unfortunately its tough for me to make progress, but I'm chipping away!

You're excused. (And too bad about the agent, but you'll get another one.)

EQUALLY BELATED WELCOME!
