Lately looking at queries here, I notice a trend. When the book has a subtitle, it is not in caps. It is making me second guess my querying knowledge. For example: THE BOOK: An Awesome Adventure I Wrote. I would think it would be THE BOOK: AN AWESOME ADVENTURE I WROTE.

Thoughts? Resources?

I'm with Sarah, Caps it all.
