number of form rejections...

six form rejections....time to overhaul query??? thoughts?  :)

At that point I would do 3 things:

1- Tweak the query (not necessarily an overhaul, unless you think it needs it)
2- Revisit the first pages. Make sure they sing.
3- Look at who I am sending to- their request rate and whether they want what I am sending.

If you are sending to agents that should be perfect matches and not getting any bites, then yeah, go deeper than a tweak.

I usually wait to 10, but at the same time, there's no harm at 6 getting a second opinion in the forums here.   if you're not getting request (on the queries that go without pages) focus on the query, if it's the ones that go out with pages make sure your opening 5 sing as well as your query, etc.
