Has anyone used a copy editor for a query/first chapter that they would recommend?

I have a copy editor for my indie-published books if you're interested. http://editing.versorbooks.com

I have never used a copy editor for things I'm submitting, though. I have beta readers and I go over it with extreme pickiness, and then I send it out. I figure the publisher will be the one to pay someone to edit.
