Time Zone Settings?

I'm egregiously lazy when it comes to conversions, so is there a way to change the time zone settings so they appear in local time?

You can set your timezone by clicking "Profile" in the top menu (way above).

Then click 'Modify Profile" and choose "Look and Layout" from the pull-down menu.

For "Time Offset" enter a number to add or subtract hours from the current time. Or click "Auto Detect" which usually works.
