Agent vs Associate Agent
« on: October 13, 2021, 10:32:12 AM »
Random question about something I’ve noticed while looking at agency websites.
Does anyone know the difference between an Agent and an Associate Agent? Is it a matter of hierarchy, time with agency etc?
Does it/ should it affect whether you’d pick one agent over another?

Word is, associate agents (newbies) are mentored by established agents. That's how they learn. Should you submit to an associate?...sure, if they're specifically looking for your age and genre. If you get a hit, you can always find out more (about the newbie and his mentor) before committing.
