:emb:While I was at the Library doing some comparison research because it has been too long, I approached the librarian at the help desk to ask her a few questions. I told her about what I have written and wanted some comparisons for querying and after going over to the section (educational fiction in ocean literacy and ocean sciences, mid-grade series based) where there should be something to compare to, there was not! There was nothing new in that area of my genre in the library. Question: Is that a good thing due to filling a gap or too niche to fit into any one genre.
