I've been a longtime member of QueryTracker, and I signed with an agent a couple years ago. Even had a celebratory post about signing with Heather Cashman found here:

I was mostly a lurker on the boards, but I posted occasionally. Anyway, I've been writing on and off for twenty years. Really started taking it seriously about a decade ago. Queried multiple books. Got lots of rejections. But I signed with an agent, and we went through revisions together, and she sold it!
My book, Sky's End, is coming spring 2024 from Peachtree Teen!
Announcement language from Publisher's Weekly:
Jonah Heller at Peachtree Teen has acquired Marc J Gregson's YA SF/F novel Sky's End, about teenager Conrad's hell-bent reclamation of status and power after his devious uncle exiles him to live as a Low. This action-adventure set on floating islands follows a tumultuous revenge plot as Conrad enters the Selection, where he joins one of 12 Trades to battle monsters in skyships, forge unexpected alliances, and rescue his sister from a twisted meritocracy swarming with treachery. Publication is set for spring 2024; Heather Cashman at Storm Literary Agency sold world rights.
This is so amazing, and I can't wait to get reader reactions. I just got my editorial notes from my editor. I'll be busy this summer!
If Sky's End interests you, you can add it onto your Goodreads!
