Fairly simple question: when submitting your first 5/10 pages with QueryTracker, should you include your title page? Copied title formatting gets a little wonked, but that's mostly fixable. Moreover, does it count toward the number of pages sent? Say I submit my first five pages. Does that mean four pages plus the title page, five pages plus the title page, or five pages and no title page at all?
