Thank you everyone! I'm cautiously excited. :) This is the first 'upgrade' I've gotten so far so it feels like a huge milestone! I'm happy to have been given the opportunity to experience it!

Thanks! I'm afraid to get my hopes up so I try and just enjoy each step as I go along. Ii has made this round of querying much more bearable. I shake off the R's knowing it's not personal (most days anyway. I'll admit to lapsing int the "I suck" attitude from time to time, but I'm really trying not to!) and I stay cautious with requests. I know I'm guarding my heart, but it's better than being crushed and taking each R personally. The perfect agent for me is out there somewhere, I just have to find her/him!

I just heard back from this agent today. When I saw her email (a week after I sent her the additional pages) my heart dropped into my stomach just KNOWING it was an R...until I read this:


Can you go ahead and send me the full manuscript?  Ideally I would love to get a hard copy if that is possible – (double sided pages work fine for me and save paper and postage!).  I am very much enjoying the story.
