This might be hidden in the forum somewhere, so if this is a repeat, then I'm sorry.

But I was curious, what is happening with you now?

You have an agent..

Has she given you homework to do?  Or are you just waiting on her for stuff?

What's happening in your world now that you have the official "Agented Author" title?

I just mailed in the contract to Rachel, so now I'm waiting until she can get it countersigned and sent back to me. Then she wants to do one last read through and see if there are any more line edits she wants to make. (She sent me her original version of quick edits on the MS when she sent the contract.) I thought the angst of finding an agent would go down once I actally found an agent - but now I keep thinking "What if she changes her mind?" or "What if we send this book out and no one wants it?" So now pretty much the only change in my world has been having the angst shift from "Will I ever find an agent?" to "Oh god, I hope I don't let my agent down."

You know, even if your books sells, you'll be like "Do people like it??"  and checking Amazon ratings and reviews every minute.

Then if it does well, and you write a second book, you'll be like "Oh my!  I hope my fans won't be disappointed.  Can I write as good the second time around?"
