Alyssa Reuben must be operating with a different submission policy than the rest of the agency, which states:

Quote
Paradigm has a policy that neither it nor any of its agents or other employees accept or consider any unsolicited materials, ideas, concepts or suggestions of any nature whatsoever ("Unsolicited Materials"). Accordingly, you may not use this website or information obtained there from to submit Unsolicited Materials to Paradigm by any means (including, without limitation, by mail, fax or e-mail). Should you nevertheless send Unsolicited Materials to Paradigm in contravention of this express policy, please be advised that the Unsolicited Materials will not be considered by anyone at Paradigm, and if possible they will be returned to you without anyone at Paradigm retaining any copies. Paradigm shall not forward or discuss any Unsolicited Materials with any third parties.

Sandra Bond with Bond Literary Agency is now accepting queries again.  This is direct from Sandra herself.  I noticed all her information was from 2007 so wrote her and asked if she was open to queries again.  I was able to claim local connections since we both live in Denver and have ties to The University of Denver so it wasn't a total stretch to ask about queries and the publishing program she runs at DU.  She mentioned email being "fine" which also goes against her current listings.

From Publisher's Lunch, AQ, and Trident's website:

Stephanie Maclean promoted to Agent.

Stephanie Maclean was promoted to Literary Agent in June of 2009. Stephanie came to Trident as CEO Dan Strone’s assistant where she had the opportunity to work on some of the biggest and most prestigiouhttp://querytracker.net/forum/index.php?action=post;topic=88.90;num_replies=97s book deals in the industry. Rob Weisbach Creative Management.  Newly opened (I think in March).  PM is already showing a sale for a non-fiction memoir for April.

website:  http://www.robweisbach.com/

email:  representation@robweisbach.com

Website doesn't list any genre preferences but he recently "staffed up" his agency so looks like it's pretty much send a query and see.  Prefers e-queries.

Nancy Yost recently opened her own agency and it doesn't come up on a search. Neither does she which surprised me.
