General Guidelines:

I am only seeking manuscripts for children ages 0-14, no young adult or adult books.
Please query with only one project to one SWL agent at a time. Multiple queries cannot be considered. Send the project that you feel best aligns with my list. If I feel that another agent will be a better fit, I will pass it along.
If you've been previously represented, please provide further details in your bio for full consideration including the name of your previous agent and projects on editorial submission.
If you have used AI to create ANY part of your work outside tools such as grammar, I cannot consider your project. Thank you for understanding.
At this time I do respond to all queries, you can expect to hear from me within 4 months of receipt.

Picture Book Authors: Please submit the full manuscript as part of the query form, following your query letter.

Picture Book Author/Illustrators: Please submit a complete sketch dummy, sample art spread, and a separate Word document of the manuscript. The word document should be included in the query form, following your query letter. The art can be added as a separate file or shared as a link.

Graphic Novel Author/Illustrators: Please submit a proposal, sample sketch dummy, sample art spread, and the first 10 pages of the manuscript as part of the query form, following your query letter. I am not seeking graphic novel author-only projects.

Middle Grade Novels: Please submit the first 10 pages as part of the query form, following your query letter. Include a synopsis if you have one.
