At this time, I am only seeking:

1) Authors who also illustrate at a professional level for graphic novels, picture books, and non-fiction. Do not send me AI generated art. Please make sure to attach a file or provide the link to a portfolio with your submission if you are a professional artist. Bonus points if its funny and witty, think Phoebe and her Unicorn. (I am not seeking picture book text-only authors at this time.)

2) I'm looking for a cozy mystery, a bonus if there is some fantasy, like the next The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches or Legends and Lattes in middle grade, young adult, or adult. Romance (not explicit) is a must for YA and up. I love fantasy, sci fi, cozy, funny, and contemporary. I am also interested in unique forms, such as novel in verse. Or books about gaming like Gamer or a moon/mars book like The Lion of Mars. I lean commercial over literary.

No fae, sexual assault, graphic violence, nor pet deaths, please.

Note: I get so many lovely queries that I cannot individually respond to everyone, though I do try to give some indication for why it wasn't right for my list at this time. If you do receive a "no" from me, please know that it could be due to any number of reasons, including:

I have something too similar on my list right now.
I know that something similar coming out soon.
It is well-done and submission ready, but I am just not the right agent for you.
