Dark Matter INK is looking to acquire previously unpublished or self-published fantasy novels for publication in Fall 2026 and beyond. We're interested in publishing standalone novels and novels that are part of a series. Help us find the next Brandon Sanderson, Joe Abercrombie, or Robin Hobb.

We're currently looking for epic and dark fantasy only. Please hold off on sending urban fantasy, dark academia, magical realism, or anything that uses realism as a reference point. We want stories that are set in an entirely fictional world (e.g. Middle-earth, Westeros, Earthsea).
