Edit 2: Just heard back that my book is still under consideration but to let her know if I get a rep offer. Seems she’s pretty far behind.
Notified of offer of rep on 10/28/20
After doing some digging I’ve decided this isn’t the agency for me so have withdrawn my query.
8/14 - full request
10/2 - notified Erica of offer of rep. and the deadline
10/6 - she informed me that she hadn't read the whole manuscript yet and kindly stepped aside. She was very sweet and informed me that she enjoyed what she had read thus far and was not surprised I had an offer. She also said to keep in touch and to let her know when the book hits the shelves.
Whoever winds up with Erica will be lucky as she seems incredible to work with and very passionate about her job! Good luck everybody!!
