Reopen: Full request: 1/25/22, sent materials same day w/ explanation that it is a revision
Kind personalized rejection 4/19/22: "Thanks again for sharing your full manuscript with me, and for your extreme patience awaiting word back. I do apologize, digging out after maternity leave has taken longer than expected! Nevertheless, I was glad to have the opportunity to read <PROJECT>. Your prose is lovely and the world building is wonderful. Ultimately, though, I'm afraid I wasn't as captivated by the plot itself as I would have hoped. Things started to feel rushed, and I had trouble following the various conflicts and characters' roles around the 100 page point, in case that's helpful to know. As a result, I don't quite have a vision for how to best position this project to publishers and therefore would not be your best advocate. At the end of the day, that is what is most important, and your work deserves to be with someone who can put their all behind it. If you don't find representation with this one however, and write something new in the future, I would be happy to take a look at that as well. I truly appreciate the opportunity to consider your writing, and I'm sorry it didn't work out. In the meantime, I wish you all the best in finding the right agent partner, and good luck on your publishing journey!"

I had quite literally forgotten I queried her (decided to shelve the project and start anew). Got a "Dear Author" response.
