So I queried Chelsea during the beginning (and very messy) times of my first pages, query letter, etc. After editing everything in the following two weeks, I seriously regretted sending the previous queries. One by one, the rejections began piling up. I did notice that Chelsea still hadn't replied. So I sent her a message on QT about how my materials had gone through excessive revisions, and if she liked the premise enough, I could send her the new materials. If I still don't receive a reply, I think i'll withdraw and resubmit. Fingers crossed. Hopefully I receive some good news. xx
