10/1/20 Query forwarded to Stefanie Rossitto from Lane Heymont after 200something days. I've since shelved that manuscript and am currently querying a different project that Stefanie recently rejected so this might get interesting!

Form Query: Historical Fiction, 90K, sent Sept. 29/20 (The form is unusual in that a query note and blurb are not requested; just a synopsis and a one-paragraph pitch. No personal info on the author's background and no sample chapter(s) required. It's almost too impersonal. Red flag?)
