Very disappointed to receive a form rejection from this agency today, when their submission page specifically says they give constructive feedback. After 12.5 weeks all they said was that they enjoyed it but felt it wasn't for them. In what world is that constructive?

Update 04/12/21: Took a little digging, but I did get some additional feedback from the agency, which turned out to be really helpful. Basically, they originally sent a fairly light rejection letter because they didn't have any editorial advice. The rejection was market-based, and their query manager gave me some advice on sprucing up my query for a competitive genre (historical fantasy).

You can't submit to individual agents - they read submissions as a whole. Also the agency is specifically for underrepresented writers, such as POC and LGBTQ+ etc.

Submitted Feb 2021. Response time meant to be 12 weeks.
