sent QM form for Guide. Anyone have a link for the Writer Beware thread for The Rights Factory? Have they cleaned up their act since 2014?

Contacted via agency contact form on 2/10/2024 to ask how to submit, as her QM form did not have my genre (or any fiction genres)
Received response on 2/12/2024 asking to submit QL & 3 chapters via email (sent 2/13/2024)
CNR at 12 weeks (my personal default) on 5/7/2024
Full request on 6/3/2024
Query withdrawn 6/3/2024 (have received offers on a different manuscript; hadn't nudged on this because I'd CNR'd, but going to move ahead with that manuscript first, so taking this one off the table)
Contacted via agency contact form on 2/10/2024 to ask how to submit, as her QM form did not have my genre (or any fiction genres)
Received response on 2/12/2024 asking to submit QL & 3 chapters via email (sent 2/13/2024)
