@ mmmartha I understand that the industry is backed up because of the pandemic but that no excuse to ghost someone who you are attempting to make a professional connection with. In past 7months of querying two projects one at 140k and one at 89k I closed over 100 queries of agents that just never responded. The oldest stale query is 300 days. lol my point if you don’t want to read queries just close it in a timely fashion.
