Tagging onto @baggywrinkles comment...Kat has only been an agent since ~October 1, 2023. I made note of her stats in late February and nothing has changed.

Responding to NightSky and kynthia: The last two years of her partial and full requests on her query timeline shows her answering only 14 of 75 fulls.

Update to kynthia: Premium members can see lists of agents query timelines (There are two similar blue buttons, Data Explorer and Query Timeline) The timeline allows you to look at anything from the last thirty days to the last two years. You can search any queries received or only unanswered or only full/partial requests, etc. Data explorer allows you to look more closely at genre etc. Though all of this data is provided by QT members logging data, not the agents actions, so there are likely plenty of unlogged queries agents receive as well as well as member logged queries that they don't update with responses. However 14 of 75 is likely closer to accurate than not. Hope this helps.

Oh! Also the Quick Stats at the top of the page shows that her query reply rate is 45.2%, request rate 7.2% and submission reply rate 20.3%

Responding to Baggywrinkles: where do you find this info? I see her responses to subs, but no specifics re: fulls.

Responding to NightSky: I sent her my full ms late November. Nudged recently. Haven't heard anything.
I read somewhere that she responds to all requested fulls, so I assume she's just busy. Her Twitter posts indicate this is the case.
