kstjarre - You don't say how long it has been since you queried. My rejection took exactly two weeks. But, I don't see why you cannot resend with "Query follow-up" in the subject line and include a note with the original query stating that you wanted to check the status of your query.

She seems to be very good about responding, even when it's a "no." Do you think maybe the CNRs are examples of improper submissions maybe? My submission has not been rejected, but there are many rejections older than my submission, and several after. I've double and triple checked that I submitted correctly, but I'm still wondering?
