This:
..."If you don't hear from me within a month of your submission, it means I am unable to offer you representation."

According to the QT Timeline, it looks like the last time she did a "rejection purge" was way back in January 2018.

6 Feb 2018 - Queried through online submission form.
The Genre section lets you click on more than one category. I chose "literary" & "book club fiction"
Online form asks for first 50 pages.
Submission was immediately acknowledged on the agency web page. Afterwards, I received the following acknowledgement in my email.
" Thanks for contacting us! Unfortunately, in light of the high volume of submissions we receive, we cannot reply to all of them. Please allow 4-6 weeks before inquiring about the status of your query or submission, and please let us know if you receive an offer elsewhere in the meantime. "

I met with her twice and spent a long time working with her edits after she read the whole novel. She never responded after I sent her the new version. Not even a "Sorry, no thanks," nor after a nudge. Sometimes I don't know how these people live with themselves, honestly.

will follow up in 30 days

Confirmation says, "Thank you for your submission. Please allow 4-6 weeks before inquiring about the status of your query or submission."
How do I inquire about the status of my query? Do I use the contact form on the website?

I also didn't receive an auto-confirmation and didn't get a reply when I emailed the agency. Did anyone try her at the ZSH site? Did they receive an auto-confirmation?

Has anyone submitted through the new Aevitas website submission form yet? At the bottom of the form, it says that you should receive a confirmation email, but I never got one (not in spam either). I also tried to follow up and haven't heard back. Wondering if maybe I should've submitted via the form on ZSH...
