Same as what others have said; she has decided not to take on further work at this time.

Rejected after 7 days with the following, which suggests she's perhaps not actually open to queries:

"Unfortunately, I've decided to pass on this.
After a great amount of consideration, I've made the difficult decision to reduce the amount of new work that I take on at this time. My client list has grown and become very full, which consumes most of my work time. Also, the literary market is increasingly tight, making it difficult to place manuscripts. Therefore, I'm not taking on any new work at this time.
I encourage you to send your work to other agents, so that it can receive the attention it deserves.
I appreciate your interest in my agency. I wish you the very best with XXXXXXXX and success in publishing your work.
Pam"

Super kind and considerate reply. Even though it was a rejection, she was incredibly polite and encouraging.

Very nice rejection, from her email just to give other queriers a heads up!
“ Although we consider mystery, suspense and thrillers, we are mainly concentrating on women's genre romance at this time. We don't handle young adult, children's stories, short stories, science fiction-fantasy, screenplays, poetry or non-fiction.

Also, I have to be honest and admit that stories with paranormal, supernatural and time travel are not my favorite. So, I don't handle those kinds of projects.”

I received a personal reply, and form letter combo, from Ms. Hopkins where she even noted the title of my novel. Super sweet.

It felt like a personalized form letter as mentioned by many but nevertheless she addressed me by my name, not by my pseudonym which made me realize that she had actually read the query till the end. The best thing was she didn't leave me hanging for months. Thanks, Ms. Hopkins!
