Sent me two emails, both of which spelled my name wrong. Note: my surname is one syllable and fairly simple, but I guess everyone makes mistakes... twice. Same rejection letter as mentioned below. Nice, to the point.

Long winded form letter, but prompt.
Thank you so much for your interest in Greyhaus Literary Agency. I appreciated having the chance to review this proposal.
I have had the opportunity to look over your initial proposal. Unfortunately, I am deciding to pass on this project. As you are aware, an agent has to really fall in love with a project to want to pursue it. In many cases, it is simply a matter of the premise making a strong impact with me from the start. Sometimes it is an issue of the plot elements simply not something that works for me. That is what happened here.
I do understand the writing may be strong, but this just came down to a subjective call. This is not an issue of the manuscript having something to revise. It was just that connection.
I would also remind you that even though this didn't work for me, it might certainly work for another agent.
Best of luck with this project.
ER: November 17th, 2019
PR: 21-Oct asked for first 3 chapters and a synopsis
ER: 11-Nov same form rejection as mentioned many times below. As far as rejecting my project goes, that's his prerogative -- yet I can't help feeling somewhat disappointed that he offered zero feedback (after I provided 3 chapters and a 5-pg synopsis), especially when he has no other active requests pending at this time.

Form letter, same as others: "...an agent has to really fall in love with a project to want to pursue it. That is what happened here. I do understand the writing may be strong, but this just came down to a subjective call. This is not an issue of the manuscript having something to revise. He took time to encourage me: "...an agent has to really fall in love with a project to want to pursue it.
