There doesn't seem to be an auto-response after filling out the online form. Nothing came by the zoho email I use just for submissions. Nothing showed up on agency website to acknowledge my particular submission. There was just a page repeating what they say in their guidelines (see below). So I'll send a zoho email to my regular personal email (which I always cc upon submitting) so that I have a record of the submission in my zoho mail.
