Was thinking about querying her but took a look at her twitter account and saw her writing about why she rejected certain authors. In her tweets she goes into detail and on occasions belittles the author. Doing so in a public domain is very petty behaviour. I would never consider submitting work to this person even if she was the last agent in the world.

What do you say about an agent who tweets the reasons for rejecting manuscripts in public, but hides behind form letters when corresponding with the writers?

Rejection for my women's fiction one day later:
but I didn't connect with the subject matter of your novel the way I had hoped to so, unfortunately, I've decided to pass. Please know this is a subjective rejection, and another agent may feel differently. I'm sorry not to be writing with better news and wish you the best of luck elsewhere.

According to auto response I received, she is out of the office until 12/19. You might want to wait to query her.

EQ 10/16
PR 11/8 - chapters two and three
11/9 Indecisive response. She likes the writing, "but the problem is, I don't know this market at all. I'm just not sure I have the contacts for a book like this so I'm dithering."
Refreshing and honest and flattering. I wrote back to tell her what I know about the market (in a word: saturated) and to talk more about the manuscript. Sounds like she probably won't be quite the right agent for me, which is a darn shame. I like her. Still, not writing this one off yet.
11/11 Pass, because she doesn't have the contacts for a book like this, with a referral to an agent at a different agency.

EQ 10/19/16 (Diplomatic Immunity)
ER 10/28/16 (Pass-didn't connect. Same as Beth's and JJProbe's.) I'll try her again in 2017, when I have a new manuscript ready.
