"I have reviewed the material you sent and can’t offer to help. I do wish you all the very best for success in finding the right home for your work."

Must be a pretty awesome agent if she's able to read a synopsis and three chapters in four minutes. Quickest rejection to date, likely of any author lol.

Looks like her agency now has an online form for submissions that you can use in addition to snail mail.

sarahhawley, I received an email from Ms. Millard in November of 2017 stating that she was not accepting queries via email.

Update: 1/3/17 She had said it might take "a week to ten days to read". I thought that was kind of an unreasonable expectation to set, but I haven't heard anything. Was nice to get the full request, but now just waiting.

I see on AAR that she accepts email queries--can anyone confirm? Did you include the synopsis and first three chapters, as the SLL site suggests for snail mail?

Not sure if it was a form, doesn't seem to be. Just a simple 1-2 sentence reply from her, not from an assistant:

"Thank you for your query. I can’t help, but I do wish you all the best for success with your work."

I was surprised she herself responded at all because it's kinda confusing that even though this agency accepts snail mail only, there's at least 3 of their agents that are exceptions.

stargrey, her AAR profile (Association of Author's Representatives) does say she accepts email queries. You can find the link on the "Main" tab.
