analog_girl, no worries she could still answer you. I sent her a memoir, I've worked on off on with revisions never to resend. Anyways, the letter she sent me was so beautiful I've kept it and its been over a year. I have hope for you.

I submitted to her without realizing she was closed to queries. She projects a beautiful vibe through the agency website and her blog, which admittedly hasn't been updated in a while.

Susan Raihofer has been the only agent thus far who even considered my story. Still in the end, she rejected it, but not without an understanding of how much this story meant to me and what the story's underlying theme was. She gave me real hope and real insight. I hope to get an agent as good as I feel she would have been.
