@SazLunacUnPublishing

Same thing happened with me. Also got an email plugging her new book, which she says she's not sure is going to succeed, yet she wants to give a class on how to sell books....

Very suspicious of this one.

This agency started spamming me first with a special bonus and then offering paid services to virtually meet their agents.

Thank you for joining Lucinda Literary’s community, where you’ll receive guidance on the next steps in your publishing journey, myth-busting insights about the surprising steps you must take to get noticed, and opportunities to have us help you move further and faster toward realizing the dream of publishing a book.

A little background on me...

I'm Lucinda Halpern, President and Founder of Lucinda Literary, a literary agency based in Manhattan and specializing in books that change the way people live, work, think, and behave. There's nothing I find more rewarding than being part of the book creation process, advocating for writers, and guiding newcomers through the complex, often opaque world of book publishing.

Our agents offer one-on-one consultations just for this reason, and for writers at any stage in the process. But first, as a gift for subscribing, I'm offering you two free resources I've created for writers. Click to access your free resource:

Big Idea to Bestseller Webinar, a workshop led by agent Lucinda Halpern that provides guidance on developing compelling book ideas and mastering effective marketing strategies to transform their manuscripts into bestsellers.
Do You Have What It Takes to Be an Author?, an essential checklist detailing the most effective elements needed for a successful book pitch.
We regularly post valuable free content, run challenges and giveaways, and announce new events on our social media channels. Make sure to follow us:

Thanks again for joining this special community. I hope you will find value and inspiration in our newsletter.

Saz says they're not a traditional agency.
