QE 4/19/15 He's showing as #2 agent in memoir lists on Publisher's Marketplace but doesn't even show memoir on his genre list? I just sent a memoir query plus TOC, and one chapter. We'll see.?

It looks like he is open to queries now but doing no fiction. Agency website says he seeks "non-fiction particularly in the genres of pop-culture, humor, music, sports, and pop-business."

The website now says:

"We are looking forward to hearing from you. You can also contact us at our e-mail address: Thank you.

Well, some agencies distinguish between "queries" and "submissions," submissions being full manuscripts that haven't been requested. I'll go ahead and send in a letter+10. The worst that can happen is they'll say No or ignore me.
