Tired of rejections coming from people I didn't even send the query to. Okay, so I know these peeps have interns and assistants but one begins to wonder if the agents themselves are even reading the queries. It's discouraging, to say the least. Especially when you spend four, six, eight hours reading everything by and about an agent to try to hone in on what they might want and how to best approach them.
