Approx 2-week turn time. Like others below, received a personalized rejection, with info that querying writers may find helpful: “While I am NOT accepting new fantasy at the moment, I did find your writing strong and your style compelling - if you have completed work in other genres, I’d love to see it.”

48K MG Contemporary Sports story with a female protagonist

Helpful feedback along with the usual form rejection: "I do think your idea is solid as I haven't recently seen anything on the market about xx. However, the specificity in your writing about the yy make the story less accessible than I would like. In addition, the writing should be more elegant, even for a younger audience."

Sent a partly personalized rejection that was complimentary and at the end suggested I try crowd funding, mentioning that Folio uses Publishizer and is happy with them. Why would an agent use Publishizer? Can anyone explain this?

Once-sentence explanation of her rejection: "Unfortunately, the beginning was off-putting, and I do not wish to read more. I'm not sure that's where you want to start."

Appreciate the constructive criticism. That said, if she's can't handle the first scene reference to blood on the sheets, I don't think she could handle/would enjoy most of my book. Not the right agent for me, and I think I'll pass on querying her with my second book. Something about her response kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Not sure she can handle the grit ;-)

6/3/18: EQ re: JM - Contemporary Fiction
6/29/18: emailed me asking for "a bit of information" about me. (I had not included bio in query.) Responded via email with usual bio.
6/30/18: Email from agent stating, "Unfortunately, I don't represent self-published authors unless their books have sold in the tens of thousands of copies. Best of luck." [I did not mention I had self-published 1 of my novels.]

Thriller 75,000 words
Rejection letter, mostly a form, but one sentence explanation that was personal, 6-29-18.

First sentence was personalized, as stated below. Said the topic (YA Historical romance) wasn't what she was looking for at the time and she found the writing to be overwrought, though she did not explain that any further. I agree with Light of Beauty that what she did not like, other agents have liked. Oh well.

Her rejection is a form with a sentence of personalization as to why she's passing. While that sentence of personalization is appreciated, I didn't agree with it. What she said was so contrary to what most agents have said that it made me cringe and laugh. Very unhelpful and so off the mark. She would NOT have been the right agent for me or this book, or any of my work. Her personality just really comes off as kind of funky and weird, to be honest.
