I sent a query off today time stamped 11:11 and got the auto-response with the same time stamp. Since you followed their directions, maybe you've got one of those service providers that other places see as spammy. If you have an alternate email addy, try sending it from there.

Just out of curiosity--did anyone receive an auto-response when they sent their query to Ms. Kern? Her website says they send them, but I did not receive one (and I followed all the directions to the letter). Thanks for any feedback!
