"Thanks so much for offering me the chance to consider your material. Unfortunately, your project doesn't seem right for me. Since it's crucial that you find an agent who will represent you to the best of his or her ability, I'm afraid that I'm going to have to step aside rather than ask to represent your manuscript. Please keep in mind that I welcome queries for exciting new projects from authors who have previously submitted other projects to me."

FYI: Per their website, the email address for submissions is query@cmalit.com, not paige@cmalit.com
I submitted my EQ to paige@cmalit.com ... I'm hoping it'll still be welcomed ...

I requeried her at the query@cmalit.com after sending one to paige@cmalit previously.

She at least opened the one from query@cma..., but she never looked at the one to paige.

I would requery if anyone sent one to the old email.

Profile Update: New email address for queries.

Thanks Steinbeck. I updated her address, though her AAR page says to use the paige... address, so I think either is safe.

I nudged her about 5 weeks in, as she normally responds sooner. Got a form rejection with this at the end:
"Please keep in mind that I welcome queries for exciting new projects from authors who have previously submitted other projects to me."

Which seems a bit weird. You want queries from everybody who has subbed before? Really?

I sent my partial during a time when I guess they were closed for queries. I know she takes a very long time but should I nudge just to see if she got it?

Yes, those dates are correct. I got a form rejection on a full MS, one month shy of a full year from sending my original query. She had my full for 4 months, which isn't outrageously long, but given the overall timeline, I'd marked this one closed.
