Luanneo12, I have same situation. Queried another agent on 6/4, got a form rejection on 6/17, two days before she reopened for queries. I'm going to submit to her anyway, since she has created a Catch-22 situation for me and those who have the same situation I do.

Contemporary Romance 70k words
Read the part about querying her first AFTER I sent the query and AFTER I had queried another agent there 8 months ago. <sigh>

@chukvari the CMA website says this:
“Please only query one CMA agent at a time. If you would like to send to Paige Wheeler, please send to her first; Paige is not currently accepting pitches that have been previously submitted to another CMA agent. However, for all other agents, you are welcome to submit to another agent if the first agent passes. Any queries simultaneously sent to multiple agents may not receive a response.”
So, if you have received a rejection from anyone there, you can query anyone else there except Paige.

So, if one agent doesn't like it, the entire group says no.
